A container network with an integrated MAW respiratory protection training system.

These three containers were delivered to MAW GmbH in Eckartshausen in their raw state and converted into asmall respiratory protection training center.

The containers were given windows and doors for use in a container network. Insulation, as well as ceilings, floors and walls were installed.

Set up in a group, various attachments and superstructures were now assembled for later training operations.

The container network became a three-story facility with outdoor training elements, such as a tank training facility.

The interior of the containers was equipped with electrical installations and ventilation systems.

The orientation route with obstacle elements was installed.

The containers were provided with the basic installations and the basic equipment that is now possible.

After all preparatory work was completed, the container network was dismantled into its components.

The containers now went to the paint shop, the attachments and superstructure parts to the galvanizing shop.

At the same time, preparations (foundations, supply lines, etc.) were made next to the fire department building in Krailling for a smooth installation of the container network.

Here the three containers, coming directly from the painter, were put back together to form a composite...

For the commissioning of the Respiratory protection training facility, all exercise elements, monitoring systems, control elements, simulation systems, work measuring devices and other necessary installations were installed.

By the end of the day it's done.

The respiratory protection training system was successfully put into operation and handed over to the customer.
