We offer two different options for loading the cleaning system (BSP02 VISU) with the different treatment modules.
First option (default):
The treatment modules are lifted into a running rail system using a Raising and lowering device and then moved in and out of the cleaning cabin using a rail system. Depending on the design of the rail system, several treatment modules can be accommodated by the rail system at the same time (see Fig.1).
Advantages of a running rail system with integrated pneumatic lifting and lowering device:
- Flexibility when installing systems in existing buildings
- Very easy handling of the equipped treatment modules by easily rolling the modules over the running rails with switches and/or lifting/lowering devices
- Safe drainage and no water residue in any soil depression
- Safe positioning of the treatment modules in the cleaning cabin
Second option:
Via a floor-level entry option for the various treatment modules into the cleaning cabin.
Advantages of a floor-level BSP02 VISU treatment system:
- Less location-specificity of the treatment modules while moving in space
- No steps in the work area (except for ramp operation)
- This requires a BSP02 VISU treatment system, which is embedded in the ground during installation (see Fig.2). Therefore, a recess with additional, deeper wastewater disposal must be taken into account in advance (planning and construction).
- Or ramps are required for moving the various treatment modules in and out (see Fig. 3). This represents an emergency solution (e.g. in existing buildings), as the equipped modules have to be moved in and out of the cleaning cabin manually via the ramps.
Certificate for new cleaner and new disinfectant:
In order to verify the performance of our BSP02 VISU from an independent body, we have decided to commission an expert report from the renowned Hohenstein Institute. The overall result met our expectations to our complete satisfaction. It should be particularly emphasized that the cleaning and disinfection for the preparation of protective equipment is also demonstrably suitable.
Excerpt from the report:
Status: May 12, 2023
The effectiveness of the BSP02 VISU treatment system was tested in combination with the disinfectant neoform K plus and the cleaning agent neodisher Mediclean forte. Result: The investigations with defined test soiling showed reduction values of >4 log levels. All of the tested test sites were sterile after cleaning. The investigation with bioindicators showed a reduction of >5 log levels in over 90%. The BSP02 VISU treatment system BSP02 VISU in combination with the disinfectant neoform K plus 1% and the cleaning agent neodisher Mediclean fore 1% is suitable for the processing of the protective equipment if the process parameters mentioned are observed.
Our goal is to constantly improve disinfection to kill germs and inac vate pathogens on surfaces and objects with our BSP02 VISU treatment system.
Attention: Important information from "Dräger" and "MSA" about new cleaning agents and new disinfectants.
As you can see from the information provided by Dräger, both the neodisher. MediClean forte and the disinfectant neoform K plus are recommended as a replacement/alternative. MSA explicitly recommends only the neoform for disinfection, but specifically cleaners from other manufacturers with the addition: “Other cleaning products available on the market can ONLY be used if the chemical Composition is identical to the above according to a risk analysis carried out by the end user." Therefore we would like to point out that the use of neodisher is at your own risk.
